These Power lines are coming out of the DWP substation building hidden away in the canyon at the top of Figueroa. I have always wanted to get closer to the building, but based on the number of cameras and fences, it's pretty obvious I am not welcome! It has been used as a movie location though, it doubled for a prison at the beginning of "Face Off" and was also in an "X-Files"!
